Very nice place. You pick your broth flavor for your hot pot and it sts in the middle of your table. You use your phone to scan the app and order that way. They have a robot that delivers some of your raw items. Very neat! The staff are friendly and will explain the process and answer questions.

A hot pot all-you-can-eat buffet. They have QR codes by the tables so we can easily order our food online, which is very convenient when we have a lot to order and a lot of people. They have a good amount of broth options to choose from, ranging from no-spice to spicy. I like how we can split into two or three different broth so we have a variety to try. They have everything we would need in the next room, with utensils, plates, sauce, fruits, drinks. I like how we can just go grab it ourselves and not have to wait on a waiter for plates or utensils. The waiter was pretty attentive, clearing out the empty plates quickly so we can make more room. The food comes out pretty quick, with a little robot bringing everything to us. Overall, I would definitely go here again if I go back to Madison. The food was great, especially the bulgogi beef and cried pork.

Probably the best Hotpot place I've had in Madison. All you can eat options with a sauce bar and drinks fridge. Service was good. Convenient ordering with an app and food was delivered fast. Food was fresh. There are also cooked options available. They charge dinner prices for lunch on Sundays.

We pick this all you can eat hot pot after a long hike in the morning. The price is kind of high but you a lot of choices of meat and other items. We started by choosing the soup bases. And then we could scan the QR code to order the items we want. Beware, there are some items will cost you extra. They have pretty high quality of foods. The only downside is the squid will shrink to tiny pice if you leave in the soup cooking too long. The waitress was very attentive and kept,on reminding us to order more foods. When I was paying my meal, she still reminded me to try the ice cream. We really like the foods and service here. We will come again if we visit Madison.

FuKi Hotpot is a fun and flavorful all-you-can-eat spot with a great variety of fresh ingredients and tasty broths. The robot servers and phone-based ordering make it a unique and smooth experience. Highlights include the crispy pork, lamb shoulder, and the customizable sauce bar. A bit pricier, but totally worth it for the quality and vibe!
